Reset Massage is a sports and deep tissue massage clinic in Tunbridge Wells town centre. We do one thing properly: assessment-led soft tissue treatment for people who want to keep moving well. £65 for 60 minutes, £90 for 90 minutes.

We work with runners, gym-goers, CrossFit athletes, cyclists, golfers and anyone who wants to stay active without being held back by pain or stiffness. You will find us inside Oakley Fitness on Vale Road, two minutes’ walk from Tunbridge Wells station, with appointments until 8:30pm and on Sundays.
The approach
One treatment, built around you
We deliberately do not offer a menu of twelve different massages. Choosing between them puts the diagnosis on you before you have even walked in. In practice, the right treatment is whatever the assessment says it should be.
So there is one treatment here: sports and deep tissue massage. What happens inside that session is decided once we have seen how you move and understood what you need.
Sports massage
Assessment-led work for active people. We identify the tight, weak or restricted tissue behind your pain or performance issue, treat it, and send you away with a plan. Best for training niggles, injury recovery, mobility restriction and pre- or post-event work.
Deep tissue massage
Slower, firmer work through the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Best for long-standing tension, stubborn knots, postural tightness, and areas that have not responded to lighter massage.
Most sessions draw on both. You do not need to decide which one you are booking, because the difference between them matters far less than getting the assessment right.
No add-ons, no extras
Techniques included in your session
These are not add-ons and they are not priced separately. They are tools we reach for when your assessment calls for them.
Myofascial cupping
Most manual technique compresses tissue. Cupping does the opposite: suction lifts and decompresses it, creating space between layers that have become stuck. Genuinely useful for fascial restriction, and for areas too sensitive or guarded to tolerate deep manual pressure.
Assisted stretching
Releasing a muscle is only half the job. The new range needs to be used before the body will keep it. Assisted stretching within the session helps make the change stick.
Kinesiology taping
Applied where an area needs support between appointments, particularly useful if you are training through a niggle or returning from injury.

Every session includes a full consultation, treatment, and a personalised aftercare plan sent to your phone. Cupping, assisted stretching and kinesiology taping are included where appropriate at no extra cost.

Evening and Sunday appointments are genuinely available, which is worth knowing if you train after work or cannot reach a clinic during office hours.
